Structure
The structure of galvalume steel sheet is created through a hot-dip coating process, during which a consistent aluminum-zinc-silicon alloy layer is metallurgically bonded to the steel base. This engineered coating delivers:

Galvalume production lines
Three galvalume production lines, jointly developed and constructed with well-known domestic R&D institutions. Production specifications: thickness 0.12–1.2 mm, width 700–1250 mm. The production line module adopts intelligent management and control, and also has energy reuse functions such as waste heat recovery and hydrogen recovery, so as to realize energy saving, environmental protection, and low-carbon production. The annual production capacity is 400,000 tons.
