Greetings! As the auspicious dragon bids farewell to the old year and the galloping horse welcomes the new spring, at this joyous time of family reunions and celebrations, on behalf of the company, I extend my sincerest gratitude and best wishes for a Happy New Year to leaders at all levels who have cared for and supported the company's development, to our clients and partners who have walked hand in hand with us, to friends from all walks of life who have contributed to the building of the XinghanCoating brand, and to all employees and their families who have worked diligently throughout the past year!
Looking back on 2025, we navigated the market's storms with the resilience and wisdom of a serpent. Facing challenges, all XinghanCoating employees worked together to not only maintain stable sales performance and significantly improve customer satisfaction, but also to elevate the company's overall strength to a new level, laying a solid foundation for intrinsic development.
This year, we deepened our technological expertise, continuously enhancing our product competitiveness. Facing the stringent requirements of high-end products, our production and technical teams collaborated to achieve a 97.3% overall first-grade rate for high-grade products. This solidified the foundation of our " XinghanCoating " brand in the high-end structural steel market, building a strong product base and customer confidence. In the development of high-end color-coated steel sheets, we actively explored cost-effective coating combinations, enriching our color palette and developing high-end agricultural color-coated steel sheets. Our products far exceed national standards in key performance aspects such as bending, reverse impact, corrosion resistance, and aging resistance. Our product portfolio is increasingly diverse, and our application areas are constantly expanding.
This year, we implemented lean management, continuously stimulating internal motivation. Overall capacity utilization increased by 10%, order delivery cycle was shortened by 1.5 days year-on-year, and market response speed was further accelerated. 108 rationalization proposals emerged internally, paving the way for the application of 7 invention and utility model patents, accumulating valuable assets for building technological barriers. The parallel implementation of "star-rated work team construction" and "quality system construction" synergistically stimulated frontline vitality and strengthened system guarantees, deeply integrating the concept that "quality is produced" into daily operations, achieving standardization of process control and enhancing the quality awareness of all employees. Talent development and warehouse management optimization provided a solid guarantee for the implementation of the company's strategy.
Looking ahead to the new year, we will continue to increase our investment in green initiatives, deepen our lean management, and strive for excellence in R&D innovation and service improvement. We aim to create value for our customers with higher standards and provide the market with cost-effective coated sheet(GI GL PPGI PPGL) solutions.
